Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Socc360 iOS app and website (collectively, the “Service”). Socc360 is a football companion app for live scores, fixtures, results, teams, players, leagues, standings and news. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Socc360 provides football information and match-tracking features. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. Match data, statistics and news are provided for informational purposes and may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable from time to time. Socc360 does not offer real-money betting, gambling, prize redemption, or any way to deposit or withdraw money, and the Service does not stream, broadcast, or redistribute live audio or video of matches.
2. Independence and No Affiliation
Socc360 is an independent football companion app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any football league, club, team, player, federation, association, broadcaster, sponsor, betting operator, prediction-market platform, or rights holder. Club, competition, player and stadium names, badges, kits and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes in accordance with applicable law. The presence of any such name or mark in the Service does not imply any partnership, license, or endorsement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support.
4. Subscription
Auto-renewing subscription
Access to Socc360 requires an auto-renewable monthly subscription, Socc360 Monthly. The subscription provides access to live scores, fixtures and results, match details and stats where available, teams, players, leagues and news, and match tracking and notifications when enabled.
Price and billing
The subscription price is shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency, as provided by the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free trial
Eligible new subscribers may receive a one-month free trial. If offered, the free trial converts to a paid monthly subscription at the displayed price unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
Manage or cancel
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.
Standard EULA
Unless a separate license agreement is presented for a specific purchase, your use of Socc360 obtained through the App Store is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To the extent of any conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms regarding your use of the App, the Apple Standard EULA controls.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide, interfering with or disrupting the Service, or using it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics and software, is owned by Socc360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. Football data, club and competition names, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socc360 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
