Quick troubleshooting
Notifications are not arriving
Make sure notifications are enabled for Socc360 in your iOS Settings → Notifications → Socc360. Also check that you have followed the relevant teams or matches inside the app. If Live Activity is not appearing, ensure Live Activities are enabled in Settings → Socc360 → Live Activities.
Live scores are not updating
Pull down to refresh on the scores screen. If scores are still stale, check your internet connection. Live data refreshes automatically every few seconds when a connection is available. Large competitions with many simultaneous matches may have a brief delay.
A team, player or league is missing
Socc360 covers over 240 competitions worldwide, but some lower-tier or regional competitions may have limited data. If you believe an important team or league is missing, email us at support@socc360.com with details and we will pass the request to our data team.
How do I delete my account and data?
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email us at support@socc360.com with the subject line “Delete my account” and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
How do I manage or cancel my Socc360 subscription?
Socc360 subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed by Apple to your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel at any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Socc360. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then. If you have been billed in error, request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
On a device signed in to your Apple ID, open Socc360, tap the subscription / paywall screen and use the “Restore Purchases” option. Your active subscription tied to that Apple ID will be restored automatically.
Is Socc360 affiliated with any league, club, broadcaster or betting operator?
No. Socc360 is an independent football companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise associated with any league, club, team, player, federation, broadcaster, sponsor, betting operator, or prediction-market platform. Club, competition, player and stadium names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification and informational purposes. Socc360 does not stream or rebroadcast live audio/video of matches.

Football match data, scores and statistics are sourced from external football data providers. While we strive to display accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all data at all times. For official results, please refer to the relevant football association.
