Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the Socc360 Monthly auto-renewable subscription available inside the Socc360 iOS app. By subscribing you agree to these terms as well as Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.

A Socc360 Monthly subscription unlocks full access to all premium features of the Socc360 iOS app including live scores, match detail, timeline events, Lock-Screen Live Activities, personalised news, and any future premium features we add during your subscription period.

The subscription price is displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The renewal price is the same as the original price unless we notify you of a change.

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated before you subscribe. At the end of the trial, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the stated price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Find Socc360 and tap Cancel Subscription.

After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to process refunds for App Store purchases.

Deleting your Socc360 account (via Profile → Delete Account) does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription. You must cancel the subscription separately through your Apple ID settings to stop future billing.

We may change the features included in the subscription or the price with reasonable notice. If the price increases, Apple will notify you before the next renewal, and you must actively consent to the new price for the subscription to continue.
