Growing up, he regarded Brazil international Marcelo as his football idol. As a youth player, Puczka joined the youth academy of Austrian side Favoritner AC. Following his stint there, he joined the youth academy of Austrian side Austria Wien in 2013. Four years later, he joined the youth academy of Austrian side Admira Wacker and was promoted to the club's senior team in 2022, where he made thirty league appearances and scored two goals. Ahead of the 2024–25 season, he signed for Italian side Juventus Next Gen. On 2 July 2026, he moved to Serie A club Genoa, on a permanent transfer ahead of the 2026–27 season. Puczka is an Austria youth international. During the autumn of 2023 and the spring of 2024, he played for the Austria national under-19 football team for 2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship qualification.
