Maas Willemsen (born 29 April 2003 in Zutphen) is a Dutch footballer who plays as a defender. In 2025, he exchanged De Graafschap for sc Heerenveen. Career Willemsen started playing football at SV Harfsen. After which he made the switch to the youth academy of FC Twente. In 2014, he made the switch to the youth academy of De Graafschap. In 2022, Willemsen was added to the first-team squad for the 2022-23 season. Willemsen made his debut in the First Division on 6 March 2023. In the 2-0 home win against Helmond Sport, he came in for Mees Kaandorp in the 90th minute. sc Heerenveen At the end of May 2025, Willemsen left De Graafschap for sc Heerenveen on a free transfer. At the club from Heerenveen, he signed a contract until mid-2029. On September 13, 2025, Willemsen made his debut for sc Heerenveen in the away game against Feyenoord in the Eredivisie (1-0). A week later, he made his debut in the home game against N.E.C. Willemsen played the entire match, which the home team won 3-2.
