Read the full story at football-italia.netScott McTominay's return from a heart procedure is a significant boost for Napoli, even if his involvement will be carefully managed in the short term. Allegri's candid disclosure of the 20-30 minute window gives Napoli a useful rotational option rather than a full 90-minute presence. Expect a gradual buildup in his minutes as medical staff and the coaching staff monitor his response to competitive action. For a team competing on multiple fronts, having McTominay back in some capacity restores a key physical presence in midfield.
